Wi-Fi (WIFI)

  • ID: RoomNumber_urban (e.g., 0123_urban)

  • Password: None (Free for guests)

  • In case of connection issues:

    • You can connect to the Wi-Fi of another room with a stronger signal.
    • If the issue persists, please contact the mobile front desk for assistance.

Cooling and Heating

  • The central cooling and heating system operates with cooling from May to September and heating from November to March.
  • Depending on external temperatures and local conditions, cooling/heating may be operated only during certain hours or the operating period may be extended/shortened.

- Dish Soap & Sponge

Guests are required to bring their own seasonings.
Grilling with heavy smoke (meats/fish, etc.) is not allowed.

TV Guide

  • How to Use:

    • Turn on the TV, and once the video starts playing, click the "Exit" or "Home" button.
    • You can watch Netflix and YouTube, but a personal account is required.
    • If you use your personal account, please be sure to log out before check-out.
    • Mirroring is possible, but only if you bring your own Chromecast.

  • Troubleshooting:

    • If the TV screen shows "No Input Signal" and nothing is displayed:
      Please check if the HDMI cable is properly connected to the selected input port.
    • If the set-top box is not turning on, please check if it’s powered off. Then, turn it on using the 'Set-top Power' button on the remote.

    1. Turn the power on.
    2. Select the desired washing method.
    3. Add detergent.
    4. Close the door and press "Start."

  • Laundry Detergent Provided

    • Placed on the countertop above the sink.

Steam Iron (Available in Rooms with Cooking Facilities on Floors 14-20)

Steam Iron - Usage Instructions

  1. Press button ① to detach the water tank and fill it with water.
  2. Press button ② to turn on the power and preheat the iron.
  3. Press button ③ to release steam while using.
    • Pressing button ③ down will keep the steam continuously flowing.
    • Be cautious as the steam is very hot and can cause burns.
