Direct Check-in

On the day of travel, we will send the check-in guide to the guest's contact to ensure a seamless, contactless check-in experience without any waiting.

• Confirmation time: 11AM on your check-in day
• Check-in information will be sent via KakaoTalk, SMS, or Email.
  • KakaoTalk: Sent from the official "UrbanStay" account
  • SMS: Sent from a 070 number
  • Email: Sent from "UrbanStay Dongtan"
• Guide contents: Reservation details link (room number, door lock code, elevator password, etc.)

Elevator

The UrbanStay-exclusive elevator is available for use (look for the UrbanStay logo, elevators 1, 5, and 6).

• After touching the keypad, enter the elevator password followed by + #, then select your desired floor to proceed.
• The elevator password can be found in the notification sent on the day of check-in.

Contact Information Update

If you did not receive check-in information after booking through Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, or Expedia, please follow the steps below to update your contact information.

• First, verify that the contact number and email address entered during the booking are correct.

• If they are incorrect, you can update the information. Please click the link below to make updates.

• How to update your information:

  • After updating, it will take about 15 minutes to resend the check-in guide.

• Notes:

  • If the information is updated before check-in, the updated contact details will be used for the notification on the same day.
  • If you cannot find your reservation number, please contact the mobile front desk.

Check-in Time

• Standard check-in time: After 4 PM (may vary depending on the booking type)
  • The room door lock will be activated at the check-in time and will not open before then.
  • After check-in time, you can enter without any additional procedures.

Early Check-in (Paid Service)

• Application time: Available for application starting at 1 PM on the day of check-in through the app
• Fee: 10,000 KRW per hour
• How to apply: UrbanStay app/link → Click "Apply"
  • Availability may be limited depending on room preparation.
