Hot water
- How to Use Hot Water:
- Hot water is available by simply turning the faucet or shower head toward the hot water direction without any additional operation.
- If Hot Water Is Not Coming Out:
- Set all hot water taps (sink, bathroom basin, and shower) to the hot position and let them run simultaneously for 10-15 minutes.
- It may take some time for hot water to reach your room.
- If Problems Persist:
- If hot water is still not available, please contact the mobile front desk for assistance.

To maintain clean accommodations, the use of induction cooktops is restricted.

Refrigerator
A refrigerator is provided according to your room type, either as a drawer in the lower cabinet or as a built-in refrigerator.
Coffee machine
-Fill the water tank with water.
-Open the handle on top of the machine and insert a capsule.
-Place your cup on the drip tray.
-Press the button for your desired beverage: espresso/hot americano/iced americano/hot water.
-When pressed, the button will blink while the machine operates, and extraction is complete with a sound notification.

TV
- How to use :
* After turning on the TV and when video playback begins, please click the exit or home button.
* You can watch Netflix, YouTube (using your personal account)
* If you are using your personal account, please be sure to log out before leaving the room.
- If the TV screen shows 'No input signal'
- Make sure the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the selected input.
- Turn off and on the power of the set-top box behind the TV and wait for about 5 minutes to connect.
- Then check the external input status of your TV to make sure it is connected to “HDMI 1~3”.
