1. The bidet remote should have lights on as shown in the picture below.

2. If only the remote is not lit, the batteries might be drained. Please request a battery replacement to the mobile frontdesk

3. The side of the bidet :  F1: Fill Water / F2: Flush Water
If both the toilet and remote are not working, press the F2 button to flush the water, then hold the F1 button to refill the toilet bowl.

**Note) If the toilet bowl is empty, unpleasant odors may occur.
