Direct Check-in

Around 13PM on your check-in day, you will receive a check- in information email.(Room number & password)

From 4PM(*The check-in time may vary depending on the packages)
*You will only be able to enter your room from the check-in time.
*After the check-in time, you can check in at your convenience without any procedures.

 

Early Check in

1) From 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, you can request it to [Service request link] (20,000KRW/hour)

You may also contact us via the mobile front desk or email.

If link payment is difficult, alternative payment options are available.

It may not be available depending on the room reservations and preparation status.

 

How to update your contacts 

1) If you haven't received check-in information, please verify that your email address and phone number are correctly registered on the booking website.
2) If you need to update your contacts, please click on the [Link]
3) After you have updated your contact information on your check-in day, it will take approximately 15 minutes to resend the check-in information.
*If your contact is updated before check-in, info will be sent to the new contact on check-in day.
