All Urbanstay branches are contactless and do not have a front desk.
Around 13PM on your check-in day, you will receive a check- in information email.(Room number & password)
Check-in
After 4pm ( * Depending on the product booked, check-in time may vary.)
* The room door will be locked at check-in time and will not be opened before then.
* If you wish to check in early, please contact the mobile front desk after 14:00 on the day of check-in.
(This may not be possible due to room maintenance.)
Early Check in
1) From 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, you can request it to [Service request link] (10,000KRW/hour)
You may also contact us via the mobile front desk or email.
If link payment is difficult, alternative payment options are available.
It may not be available depending on the room reservations and preparation status.
Updating check-in information
1 ) If you have not received your check-in information, please check the email address/contact information provided at the time of booking.
2 ) If you need to modify your reservation information, please click the [link] to update it.
3 ) After the update is complete, it will take about 15 minutes to resend the check-in information.
*If you make changes before check-in, the information will be sent to the contact information you provided on the day of check-in.
About using the elevator
- After receiving your lift card, you will be able to ascend to your room.
* E/V card key issuance instructions
** 2F Lounge > Elevator Card Kiosk > Touch the screen, enter the password "8282" > Issue the card > Tag it to the reader inside the lift to proceed to your room. Tag it to the reader inside the elevator and you can go to your room.
- The elevator card key can only be used in the elevator. To open your room door, you will need to enter your door lock password.
- If the card cannot be issued between kiosk visits, please contact the mobile front desk for guidance.

- When you check out, you can drop your key card in the drop box next to the kiosk.
- You must use a hotel lift to reach your room.
- Please note that commercial elevators do not connect to the guest rooms.
