Room cleaning will be carried out when requested by our guests in advance through the 'Mobile Front Desk'
- Room cleaning is free of charge only when requested by the customer.
- Please request it at least one day before the cleaning service by 6:00PM. (Same-day requests are not accepted, If you request it after 6PM, room cleaning will be assigned 2 days later.)
- You may choose between the morning (10AM - 2PM) or evening (2PM - 6PM) ,If you request it after 6PM(Except for these two options, you cannot designate a specific time)
- Guests who contracted with Urbanstay long term center need extra charges for the cleaning.

Step 1. It is necessary to leave the room during the cleaning process.
Step 2. Please keep your valuables(cash,credit card, Jewelry etc)and belongs in the closet
Step 3. Please collect trash and place it in the trash bin or near the shoe rack.
Cleaning instructions
- The room rate only includes room cleaning services for checking in new guests. If you'd like to extend your stay, additional room cleaning will not be included for your extended stay.
- Even if you extend your stay, additional cleaning is not provided for reservations of 3 nights or less.
- After applying the housekeeping service, canceling or changing the cleaning schedule is not possible on the same day, and the cancellation will result in a deduction from the number of free cleaning services. If you need to change the cleaning schedule, please contact us at least one day before 6:00 PM.
- To check the condition of the room, we take a picture of the room after cleaning.
- To prevent accidents, cleaning will not be conducted in areas where valuables or personal belongings are placed
- If you do not follow these instructions, Urbanstay/Le Collective is not responsible for any problems caused by guest's negligence and carelessness.
