※ Please separate your garbage and recycling and place them in front of the shoe rack in your room before you leave.
※ Please place food waste in disposable plastic bags provided in the kitchen, seal them and store them in the sink.
※ To ensure the hygiene of common areas in the building, please keep your rubbish in your room, not in the corridor.

Trash Pick-up Service (Free Service)

- We offer a Trash Pick-up Service for guests staying 3 nights or more.

- How to apply : 1 day in advance, via the Mobile Front Desk (prior application required)

- Trash Pick-up location & time : In front of the room's indoor shoe rack / 9am - 4pm (in the absence of the guest)

※ This service is for Trash Pick-up only and does not include outside trash that has not been requested in advance or left in the hallway
※ This service is not mandatory and can be requested after check-out or when requesting room cleaning (for a fee)
※ You can also apply for the service through the ‘Trash Pick-up Service’ attached to the shoe rack in your room

How to take out the trash yourself

If you wish to dispose of your own trash, Please purchase a pay-as-you-go bag at the convenience store on the 1st floor and use the Clean House (Trash disposal area).

Please use your T-Money card or transportation card credit card to dispose of food waste.

- Location of the Clean House (Trash disposal area): 1-minute walk to the left outside the building

※ General garbage: purchase and use pay-as-you-throw bags

※ Food waste: 55 won per kilogram, t-money card required (check or credit card accepted)

※ Recyclables: Separate collection required by day of the week

- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday : Paper
