* If the room lights do not turn on

- If the bathroom light does not turn on after entering the room, touch the all-light-off pad next to the switch to turn it on.
- You can see that the lights turn off together with a beeping sound.

WIFI  

• ID: urban_room number / PW: None (auto-connect)
  ex. if your rooom numbe is 123 : urban_0123
• If the WIFI connection is unstable, you may use the WIFI that starts with the NEXT strongest signal.

Wallpad emergency bell

We share the procedure for deactivating the emergency bell inside the room due to a malfunction.

②Click the Restore button [복구버튼]
③Enter the password "1111"
④Click Confirm [확인]
⑤Verify deactivation status

If you have followed these steps and there is no change, please contact us, and we will assist you further.

The ringing of the emergency bell will be recognized by the management office regardless of whether it is a malfunction or an actual emergency situation.

In the case of a genuine emergency situation, not a malfunction, personnel from the management office may visit the room to verify and inspect the situation. We seek your understanding and cooperation in complying with the necessary procedures arising from such situations.
