Cleaning Service
- To respect guests' privacy and ensure a comfortable stay, room cleaning is only conducted before check-in. Routine cleaning is not provided during the stay.
- If you require cleaning services, please contact the mobile front desk at least one day in advance. (Paid service/ Same-day requests are not accepted)
Cleaning Schedule
- Choose one of the following time slots:
A (10am–2pm) or B (2pm–6pm). - Cleaning can be carried out when the guest room is unoccupied.

Cleaning Guidelines
- Photos of the room will be taken after cleaning to document the room condition.
- Please place recyclable waste at the entrance to avoid mixing with personal belongings and prevent loss.
- Store valuables and fragile items on the shelf inside the wardrobe.
- If any personal items are left on surfaces in the room, cleaning will not be performed. Please store all items, even non-valuable ones, on the shelf inside the wardrobe.
- Cancellation or changes to the cleaning request on the day of service are not permitted. Please make your request in advance.
- The hotel is not responsible for any accidents resulting from non-compliance with these guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
