1) Late checkout cannot be requested in advance. Please inquire at the Mobile frontdesk by 10 AM on the day of check-out(10,000 KRW per hour)

Unless there’s no other reservation, the latest check-out time you may stay is until 2 PM. (
*It may not be available depending on the room reservations and preparation status.)

Lost & Found

1) Lost items will be stored for up to 1 week However, All food, beverages, and items stored in the refrigerator will be disposed of immediately, whether they have been opened or not
2) Lost items will be delivered with COD
