* The TV provided in the room is a smart TV.

* Netflix and Youtube are available (Please use your personal account.)

* If you use a personal account, please make sure to log out before checking out.

How to use OTT service :

① Access the OTT service logged in on your mobile phone (ex, TVING, YouTube, Disney Plus, Wave)

② Select the pairing button at the top right

③ Check the connectable TV information “OTV All-in-One 2” and proceed with pairing.

④ Easy to use without separate login/logout procedures.

If you see "No input signal" on the TV screen :

① Make sure the TV is turned on.

② Check whether the white lamp on the set-top box is turned on. The set-top box is located behind the TV.

③ Power - White light : On state / Power - Red light : Off state

If the TV screen suddenly freezes

① Use the power button on the back of the set-top box to turn it off and then turn it on again.

Washing machine

- Power on > Select desired washing method > Add detergent > Close the door and select play
* A mini drying rack is located inside the guest room’s dressing room.

laundry detergent
- It is placed above the washing machine.
- How to use: For regular laundry (10kg), use 25ml of detergent.

Ceiling air circulator

- You can turn the power on by pressing the run/stop button.
- If you hear noise from the vent in the room, you can turn it off by turning off the device.

Steam iron

1) Press the ① button to separate the water tank and fill it with water.
2) Press the ② button to turn on the power and allow it to preheat.
3) You can use it by pressing the ③ button to spray steam.
* ③ When you push the button down, steam comes out steadily.

*The steam is very hot, so be careful of burns.
