Terms& conditions

• Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. Exceeding this limit will result in additional fees. (Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.)
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal representative. (ex) an adult who has the right of parental authority.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
• Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
• All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
• Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
• Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.
• Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9PM)
• Behavior that causes discomfort to other guests (such as violence or loud noise) is prohibited. Guests may be asked to leave the room.

Cancellation conditions 

• If you cancel your reservation, you must cancel directly on the website/app that you made the reservation on. You cannot cancel your reservation through the Urbanstay customer service center.
• Cancellation policies apply differently by websites. Please check the detailed regulations through the website that you reserved.
• All cancellations that occur after the above cancellation period due to a simple change of heart or personal circumstances will be subject to a cancellation fee.
