* Air conditioning : You can control it using the air conditioner's remote controller

* Heating : You can control the room temperature by adjusting the dials

* Hot water is provided 24 hours. If you are unable to use hot water after running the faucet for 5 minutes, please contact customer service.
- Cooling operation period : April to October (suspended during the winter season).
- Heating and cooling operations may vary depending on local temperature.

* What if the boiler controller screen does not appear?

- Check whether the outlet at the bottom of the controller on the room wall is turned on.

* I turned on the outlet and the boiler controller screen came up, but it immediately turned off again.

The outlet operates with a button, allowing you to turn it on and off by pressing.
When it is in the off position, no electricity flows.

Additionally, there is an 'auto(자동)' function that may cause the light to come on. In such cases, the light will flash for about a minute and then automatically turn off. To resolve this, press the setup button, then press the outlet button under 'auto(자동)' where the light is coming on. This will eliminate the light under 'auto(자동),' and the outlet will function normally."

- Disable the automatic mode of the outlet in the above order.
