Around 13PM on your check-in day, you will receive a check- in information email.(Room number & password)

From 4PM(*The check-in time may vary depending on the packages)
You will only be able to enter your room from the check-in time.
Early Check in
1) From 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, you can request the early check in to the mobile frontdesk (20,000KRW/hour)
*it may not be available depending on the room reservations and preparation status.
※Due to the transition to a premium brand(Le Collective), the service charge will be adjusted.
How to update your contacts
If you haven't received check-in information, please verify that your email address and phone number are correctly registered on the booking website.
If you need to modify your contacts, please click on the [Link].
After you have updated your contact information on your check-in day, it will take approximately 15 minutes to resend the check-in information.
