- The password for the luggages storage via a check-in message (email / Kakao Talk / SMS) 2 days before check-in & on the day you check in.
- Operation time: 24/7 (Available until 18:00 on the day of check-out, CCTV is installed)
*Luggage without a tag or left for more than 7 days may be discarded in accordance with our lost and found policy.
*Please store your luggages or belongings except for valuables, food and fragile items. Urbanstay is not responsible for any damage or loss.
*There are no refrigeration facilities in the Luggage storage room and food cannot be stored as it can spoil.
